Booking and Payment
To secure your booking, a 10% deposit is required after your group size, itinerary and final tour price have been confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the first day of the tour. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by secure card payment link or bank transfer. If needed, the total amount can be divided between travellers.
Cancellation by the Traveller
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation.
- 21 days or more before arrival: full refund of the deposit and any additional payments made
- 14 to 20 days before arrival: the 10% deposit is non-refundable
- 7 to 13 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price is non-refundable
- 6 days or less before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable
Customized Services and Non-Refundable Reservations
If your booking includes customized services, special event tickets, concert tickets, or other non-refundable reservations purchased specifically for your group, these costs may be non-refundable once confirmed. In such cases, we will always explain the situation clearly.
Changes to Your Booking
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your booking or itinerary. However, changes requested after confirmation may affect the final price and may depend on availability.
Cancellation by Czechaway
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to circumstances beyond our control, any payments made directly to Czechaway for the land package will be refunded. Czechaway is not responsible for the cost of flights purchased separately by the traveller.
