All Czechaway journeys are private. You travel only with your own family, friends or private group — never with strangers. This is at the heart of our philosophy: to maximize comfort, flexibility and peace of mind while minimizing stress, waiting, compromises and unnecessary complications. That is why all of our tours are designed as private journeys from arrival to departure.

Our tours are designed to be seamless and near all-inclusive. The price includes your private guide, private car and driver throughout the journey, carefully selected 4★ hotel accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, airport transfers, and the entrance tickets included in the itinerary. In short, nearly everything you need during the trip is already taken care of — you simply fly to Prague, and we handle the rest.

No, international flights are not included. Flight prices can vary significantly depending on your departure city, airline, season, booking date and current airline promotions, which is why we keep our package pricing separate from flights. We are happy to help you review suitable flight options, but the final booking and payment for the tickets are made directly by you. Once you arrive in Prague, your private journey begins and we take care of everything from there.

Our tours are designed for private groups of 2 to 12 guests. If you are travelling with a larger group, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to discuss what can be arranged.

Yes. Our itineraries are carefully designed and work very well as they are, but we understand that every group is different. If you would like to adjust part of the program, we will be happy to discuss possible changes and create a version that better suits your interests, pace and preferences.

Your tour usually starts at Václav Havel Airport Prague, where we welcome you upon arrival, but we can also arrange pick-up from Prague train station, Prague bus station or another address in Prague, depending on your travel plans. From the moment you arrive, your private guide, car and driver are there to support your journey, and that support continues until the final transfer for departure. For some itineraries, return flights can also be planned from Vienna, Bratislava or Budapest, depending on the route and your preferred travel plan.

Our standard programs include carefully selected 4★ hotels. We choose this category deliberately, because it offers the best balance of comfort, atmosphere, location and smart pricing. This allows us to provide a high-quality experience without unnecessary luxury mark-ups. If you prefer a different hotel category, we can also arrange that for you.

Yes. From arrival to departure, breakfast, lunch and dinner are included throughout the journey. We include all meals because we believe this creates a more relaxed and comfortable travel experience, allowing you to enjoy the trip without having to think every day about where to eat or what to choose. It is also part of how we help you experience the local cuisine in a smooth and enjoyable way.

Yes. The museum, sightseeing and cultural entrance tickets included in the itinerary are part of the tour price. Once your tour is confirmed, we arrange the necessary reservations and tickets in advance so that your days can flow more smoothly, with less waiting and a more efficient, enjoyable use of your time.

Once your group size and tour price are confirmed, we will send you either a secure card payment link or our bank transfer details. Your booking is secured with a 10% deposit, and the remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the first day of the tour. If the booking is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. If needed, the total amount can also be divided between travellers.

Yes. The 10% deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days before the first day of the tour. After that, cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and any confirmed reservations already made for your journey.
